To volunteer with Clinic by the Bay, patient care providers must:

  • Have 2+ years of clinical experience after completing residency, PA school, or NP training.

  • Have been actively practicing within the past 2 years, with at least 6 months of active clinical practice.

  • Provide 2 professional references as part of the application.

We especially welcome providers in high-demand specialties:

  • Family Medicine

  • Internal Medicine

  • Gynecology

  • Cardiology

  • Allergy

  • Pulmonology

  • Dermatología

Conversational Spanish is preferred, but not required.
